This house is situated in very quiet urbanisation, at only 400 mts of the sand beach of La Fustera, and other clear water creeks. It's also 300 mts only to supermarket, bars and restaurants and it takes only 5 minutes by car to reach the center of Calpe.
Distribution: this villa is divide into 2 floors connected together by an exterior stairway. Each floor has a living-dinning room with bed-sofa, kitchen, batroom and 2 bedrooms. There is also a very private solarium on the roof terrace, and a terrace with open views on the 1st floor. The garden is lage and flat, with a bbq and nice garden furniture. There is a parking for several cars.
